We have same Make triggers and actions are ready from our side as well, and they will be published officially within a week or two, once Make team reviews them - we will let you know once it's live.

Weโ€™ve also added powerful new formulas to Closing, Engagement and Show Up rates on your Analytics dashboard, to help you track performance more accurately.

Just toggle the buttons on each card to switch views:

  • Live Closing rate formula:
Unique Contacts with Won Sales divided by unique Contacts with Past Strategy Call, excluding Cancelled and No Show reasons

  • Live Engagement rate formula:
Unique Contacts with Deposit plus Won deals, divided by unique Contacts with Past Strategy Call excluding Cancelled and No Shows

  • Live Show Up rate formula:
All Strategy Calls, excluding Calls cancelled and No shows, divided by total Past Strategy calls that are not tagged as Cancelled

We're incredibly proud of this community ๐Ÿ’“ These improvements came directly from your feedback. Itโ€™s a strong signal that weโ€™re building iClosed in the right direction, keeping it โ€‹the best sales scheduling tool on the market.

There's more to come. Keep an eye out for whatโ€™s next!
