You've been logging outcomes. You've connected your CRM. The data exists. Now let's use it.


Here's What to Do Right Now

Open Analytics

Go to Analytics (in the left sidebar)

For Closers/Setters, you'll see:

  • Strategy call outcomes (Sale vs No Sale)

  • Closing rate, engagement rate, show-up rate

  • No Sale reasons breakdown

For Super Admins/Sales Managers, you'll also see:

  • Data across all team members

  • Sales breakdown by rep

  • Revenue tracking

  • Scheduling cohort analysis


Key Metrics to Track

Show-Up Rate: What % of booked calls actually happen?

  • Below 70%? Check your reminder sequence

  • Below 60%? Consider adding deposits or stricter qualification

Close Rate: What % of showed calls become sales?

  • Compare across reps — who's crushing it? Who needs coaching?

No Sale Reasons: Where are deals dying?

  • Lots of "No Shows"? → Tighten qualification or add deposits

  • Lots of "Unqualified"? → Your disqualification rules need work

  • Lots of "Not Interested"? → Marketing may be targeting wrong audience

Make One Change This Week

Pick one insight. Act on it.

  • Friday show rates low → Stop booking Fridays

  • One rep 50% below average → Sit in on their calls

  • "Price" is #1 lost reason → Adjust qualifying questions
