Day 3: Your CRM and Calendar Are Speaking Different Languages

You're capturing leads. You're calling fast. But if your CRM doesn't know what's happening in iClosed, and vice versa - you're flying blind.

Updated this week

The chaos of disconnected systems

Leads in one place. Booking data in another. Outcomes tracked nowhere.

Your setter books a call - did they update the CRM? Maybe.

Your closer runs the call - did they log the outcome? Probably not.

Marketing wants to know which campaign drove revenue. Nobody has the answer.

This isn't just messy. It's expensive. Leads fall through cracks. Follow-ups get missed. You can't optimize what you can't see.

How iClosed Fixes This

With iClosed, outcomes sync automatically. You log what happened. Your CRM updates. No double entry. No forgotten updates.

You have almost nothing to do - just log the outcome after each call.

The system handles the rest.

Beyond the obvious: what this really unlocks

You can finally answer "what's working?" When your CRM knows which leads came from iClosed, which booked, which showed, and which closed — you can trace revenue back to source.

Your automations actually work. Trigger a follow-up when someone becomes an Extra Lead. Update a deal stage when they book. Trigger an onboarding sequence when a deal is closed. This requires connected systems.

Your team stops doing double entry. Every contact, every booking, every outcome - synced automatically.

When systems talk, sales teams win

No more copying data between tabs. No more "I forgot to update the CRM."

Everything syncs automatically.

Here's what to do right now

Option A: Native CRM Integration

Direct integrations are available with Business subscription plan.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations

  2. Click Connect next to your CRM

  3. Authenticate with your CRM

  4. Map your fields

Option B: Via Zapier along with GoHighLevel

Connect any other CRM via Zapier - we provide all necessary triggers and actions:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Zapier

  2. Create a Zap with iClosed triggers

  3. Map to your GHL actions or any other CRM actins for full customization

Start Logging Outcomes

After every call, log what happened. Takes 30 seconds.

  1. Go to AI Scheduler → Scheduled Events → Past Calls

  2. Find the call

  3. Click to add outcome:

    • Sale or No Sale (for Strategy calls)

    • Approved or Rejected (for Discovery calls)

  4. If Sale: Add deal value and product

  5. If No Sale: Select reason (No Show, Not Interested, Unqualified, Follow Up Scheduled, etc.)

This is what feeds your analytics. Do it consistently.

✅ Day 3 Complete

You now have:

  • CRM connected and syncing automatically

  • Outcome tracking in place

Tomorrow: Your calendar is filling up - but with who?

We'll set up disqualification and routing so bad leads get filtered and whales go to your best closers. 👉 Start Day 4 →

Action takers don’t wait, they make moves. There’s nothing stopping you from starting day 4 now. The sooner you do, the sooner you’ll close your next deal!
