After every call, log what happened. Takes 30 seconds.
Go to AI Scheduler → Scheduled Events → Past Calls
Find the call
Click to add outcome:
Sale or No Sale (for Strategy calls)
Approved or Rejected (for Discovery calls)
If Sale: Add deal value and product
If No Sale: Select reason (No Show, Not Interested, Unqualified, Follow Up Scheduled, etc.)
