iClosed allows help you bring in the right people to a meeting without engaging in Google Calendar manually, for both:
Internal Guests - include team members to every call booked for a specific event
Invitee-Added Guests - add additional participants on the time selection step
Both options are available on 
AI Scheduler → Events page, inside of the Event configuration, section Hosts.
Include internal Guests to every call
Perfect solution for events where a team member needs to be invited on every single booking for a specific event, such as onboarding or demo calls for example.
Click on the "Add Guests" button in the Hosts section → Internal Guests.
Include up to 5 guests per event by entering their email addresses.
Click "Save & Continue" button to apply changes.
Guest will not receive Confirmation email as the original invitee, but will be invited to the event with email sent from hosts google account connected in Calendar connections as per screenshot below:
Pro Tips
To prevet conflicts and misunderstandings in calls booked, adding emails of active hosts on the event is not available.
iClosed will not check availability of Guests included, no matter if the email entered is a user of iClosed or not.
Allow Invitees to add additional guests
We advise having this option turned on to let your prospect bring their own team members without a hassle.
Click on the "Allow Invitees to add additional guests" toggle button in the Hosts section to activate feature on the scheduling page.
When enabled, invitee will be able to add up to 5 guests on the time selection step (in addition to any internal guests you may have included).
Once the guest email is added, it will show on the left side menu, where a lead can delete a guest if needed.
Guest will not receive Confirmation email as the original invitee, but will be invited to the event with email sent from hosts google account connected in Calendar connections as per screenshot below:
