iClosed provides flexible location options for managing specific host preferences and event-level links, beyond native integrations like Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
This allows for a more personalized experience, where each host can use their own branded room or personal phone line automatically.
Custom meeting location options available are:
Phone Number - dynamic number per setup in host calendar connections
Personal Meeting Link - dynamic meeting link per setup in host calendar connections
Custom Meeting Link - static meeting link set in Event Details

Meeting location is defined on event level, and you can set only one meeting location per event.

Phone Number
Use this when you want meetings to happen over a phone call using the host's specific phone number.
The host's unique number is dynamically inserted into event notifications and calendar invites via the {Event Location} variable.
Personal Meeting Link
This option is ideal for hosts who use a permanent, personal waiting room (like a personal Zoom or any other meeting platform not supported with direct integration), a host specific physical office address or even single event webinars.
Once a host saves the link in their profile, iClosed dynamically inserts it into any email or SMS reminder using the {Event Location} variable.
Custom Meeting Link
This is a "static" and the only event-configured meeting location (required in URL format) that will be shown as meeting location for all hosts. Perfect solution for a single physical address location (e.g. Google Maps address link), applicable to all hosts, when a sales manager or account owner wants to ensure meeting location will show the same for all hosts.
It's set in the Event Details → Location and once its set, iClosed dynamically inserts it into notifications and calendar invite using the {Event Location} variable.
