Potential
These leads dropped off on first or second page of your form, before selecting the "Continue" button that will open the calendar for them to select a slot.
When a prospect enters phone number but doesn’t finish the form, they’re automatically marked as Potential.
If a lead fills out email on the second page, or even all questions before selecting the "Continue" button, they would remain in potential status
Pro tips
You may notice that Zapier or Make "Potential" trigger fires twice.
First time when a lead enters a Phone number (or email, depending of the setup) and second time when a lead fills out email (or a phone number) on the second page.
We made it this way to ensure you collect both information. To avoid duplicate automation results in your workflow, simply set a delay of 5 minutes as second step of the workflow, and route workflow to two paths:
Path condition = Email (or Phone number) from second page = Exists
Path condition = Email (or Phone number) from second page = doesn't exists
With this setup, you'll have one output from the workflow. Here's the example:
Qualified
These are leads who filled out the whole form, selected the "Continue" button but for a reason didn't book a call.
These are warm leads, that are definitely worth of a quick callback.
Pro tips
Disqualified leads will also fill out the whole form and click on the "Continue" button, but they will not be able to schedule a call with your team according to the disqualification criteria set in the Event setup (learn more about iClosed disqualification feature here).
No matter if a lead is Potential, Qualified or Disqualified, they will have one thing in common, which is that they haven't scheduled a call with your team.
These three lead statuses will be ready for your Setters to review in the Global Data - Appointment Setting section, and Approve or Reject, depending of the lead quality (learn more about Appointment setting here).
