Duplicating Event is a perfect feature when you need to keep the same general Event settings and design, but for different Hosts, Conditional Routing or Disqualification scenarios.
Event can be duplicated directly from Event page, or alternatively from the Event Builder (in case you're already in it).
Duplicating Event from Events page
Follow the steps below:
Navigate to the
AI Scheduler → Events pageLocate the Event you would like to duplicate
Click on the three dots on top right corner of the Event card and select "Duplicate"
New window will open, to enter new Event name
Click "Create Event"
Your duplicated Event will appear on the Events page and in order to edit it, click on the event itself and proceed with customization.
Duplicating Event from Event Builder
This option is convenient in case you've just finished creating your Event, you reviewed it, and decided to make another one with different setup details, that you'll edit accordingly.
Here're the steps:
Navigate to Event Settings menu in the top right corner of your Event Builder
Click and select "Duplicate"
New window will open, to enter new Event name
Click "Create Event"
Confirmation message will appear on the top and all you need to do is to exit Event Builder, locate your new event on AI Scheduler → Events page and click on it, for additional adjustments.
