Managing your Events

Learn all about the iClosed Events page and about how to manage events

Updated over 4 weeks ago

AI Scheduler - Events tab is the page where you will see all your created events.
From this page you will be able to:

  • Create a new event

  • Access the setup of already created event (by clicking on it)

  • Search for an event

  • Hide turned off events

Understanding Event cards

Here's the breakdown of all details available on the Event card:

Event color

The color bar on the left of the card. The color tag is super useful for internal categorization so that you can differentiate between your events visually.

Event type

The icon shows if the event is a Strategy call event (sales call) or Discovery call event (appointment setting call type).

Event duration

The time badge showing the duration set for the event.

Hosts

User icons with all hosts added to the event event.
Additionally, warning message will appear if any of the hosts need to take an action in order to host meetings without issues (once you message, you can hover over it, you will see what is the action that needs to be taken).

Event internal description

For internal use only, very helpful for textual information about the event so you can differentiate between the two events with the same name, or for informing hosts about the event details.

Quick action buttons

Quick action buttons that will make your management much easier:

  • To view booking page

  • Copy scheduler link

  • View embed code and copy it if needed

  • To view stats of the event for the last 14 days

Additional options behind three dots

Access additional options by clicking on the three dots:

  • to duplicate event

  • delete event or

  • to turn it off

How to delete an event

Delete option is accessible from the "three dot" button (Additional options as shown in the image above).

Attention

After the event is deleted it will no longer be accessible or visible on any of your web pages or via links and this action can not be undone.

Stats from the deleted event will be saved in your account, such as scheduled calls, outcomes and contacts collected with the deleted event.

If you want to delete an event that has been used by your leads, we strongly advise you to turn it off, rather then deleting it.

Bulk delete of events is also possible. See following steps:

  • Hover over an event card and click on the circle button that will appear in the bottom right corner of the event card, next to the event stats

  • Select all events that you'd like to delete

  • After selecting multiple events the bulk delete button will appear on the top right of the events page, next to "Create new event" button

  • Click on it and warning message will appear. Confirm deletion if you're sure and selected events will be deleted
