Once you've connected your Calendar and set your Availability, creating your first event is the next step for getting your Scheduler page in action. Here's how:
Navigate to AI Scheduler β Events
Click on "Create New Event" button and continue with the setup or hit "Create New Event" button from the home page
Business and Enterprise subscription plan users have an additional option once they start creating an event, which is to select between Strategy or Discovery Event.

Once you click "Create New Event" button (and after selecting Event Type), you will be redirected to Create Event screen where you can set up all details about your event.
To make your scheduler live, you need to complete only the first two steps.
Step 1 - Define Event Details
Name the Event - This will appear on your scheduler
Select internal tag color - To differentiate between events visually (for internal purposes only)
Add location (Phone call, Google Meet or Zoom)
Set description of the Event - for visitors to see and learn more about the event
Customize Event URL - if needed
Add internal description of the Event - more information for your users internally

Step 2 - Select the Hosts of the Event
Select the hosts you want to participate in this event
Set their call assignment priority as: High, Medium or Low
Important notes
For closers/setters:
If you create an event, and your roles in iClosed are closer or setter, you will not have the option to add other hosts.
By default, you will be selected as the host of your event.
Once you are done with these two steps, your scheduler page is ready to be embedded and used by visitors. You can set up all additional settings immediately, or accordingly by going into created event (learn more about detailed event setup here).
Preview your scheduler booking page
From the main navigation, you can now preview your booking page, or copy the link, access embed code or change the settings of the event.
Test your scheduler booking page
Take following steps to test out your event and see how it appears in action and showing available slots:
Visit the booking page and add a some sample data in email/phone number field
Go to Global Data and you will see the entered email/phone created as a potential contact
Come back to the same scheduler page complete the booking, making sure that you have available slots
Visit Global Data again and you will see the potential contact now added as Strategy or Discovery Call Booked (depending of the event type selected)
