Follow this quick step-by-step guide:
Navigate to Global Data → Contacts (or any other section in Global Data)
(Alternatively you can access Contact Card from AI Scheduler → both Upcoming or Past call tabs)
Locate contact to whom you would like to assign a Deal to
Click on contact email or phone number to open "Contact Card"
Navigate to "Add Deal" button on the left and click on it
In case you're seeing this message, please book a Strategy call first and select a time and date in the past to avoid booking and actual call and notifying the lead.New window will pop up with Deal details. Select:
Select past call you would like to attribute the deal to
Enter deal value
Select deal date
Select a product
In case you don't have a product, feel free to create one by clicking on
"Add new product" button (Alternatively, you can add all of your Products in Tracking → Products (learn how here).Choose payment type
Won → For first time customers, that will update closers close rate
Recurring → For returning customers making ongoing purchases.
Since they’ve already been counted as closed, it won’t affect the closing rate.Deposit → For partial payments, and payments that will be fully paid in the future. Affects engagement rate
Once you're done, switch from Contacts tab to Deals tab and see latest deals added.
How to add a deal from the Contact Card when a lead didn't book a call?
Kindly note that the "Deal" button will not be available for leads who haven't booked a Strategy call first.
Therefore, in order to add a deal manually to such leads follow the steps depending of the scenario:
Deal was closed with a lead who didn't interact with iClosed scheduler:
Add lead manually (learn how to do it here)
Select a call (event) for this lead inside the contact card
Select an owner (host) manually
Select time in the past to avoid booking and actual call and save
Add a deal manually from the contact card
Deal was closed with Potential, Disqualified or Qualified lead (prospect interacted with the scheduler):
Select a Strategy call (event) for this lead inside the contact card
Select owner (host) manually
