How to manually add a new deal in Global Data?

Deals and transactions are available with Business and Enterprise subscription plans (learn more here).

Follow this quick step-by-step guide:

  1. Navigate to Global Data → Contacts (or any other section in Global Data)
    (Alternatively you can access Contact Card from AI Scheduler → both Upcoming or Past call tabs)

  2. Locate contact to whom you would like to assign a Deal to

  3. Click on contact email or phone number to open "Contact Card"

  4. Navigate to "Add Deal" button on the left and click on it
    Note that you will not be able to add deals to contacts who didn't have a Strategy call booked

  5. New window will pop up with Deal details. Select:

    1. Select past call you would like to attribute the deal to

    2. Enter deal value

    3. Select deal date

    4. Select a product
      In case you don't have a product, feel free to create one by clicking on
      "Add new product" button (Alternatively, you can add all of your Products in ​ Tracking → Products (learn how here).

    5. Choose payment type

      1. Won → For first time customers, that will update closers close rate

      2. Recurring → For returning customers making ongoing purchases.
        Since they’ve already been counted as closed, it won’t affect the closing rate.

      3. Deposit → For partial payments, and payments that will be fully paid in the future. Affects engagement rate

Once you're done, switch from Contacts tab to Deals tab and see latest deals added.
