Blocking feature in Tracking menu is very convenient because it allows you to block spam attacks on your scheduler or any unwanted lead, which gives you with more control on which leads shouldn't be added to your Global Data.
Applying blocking on a particular lead's email or IP address will prevent such lead from booking calls, across all created events.
Tracking features are available with Business/Enterprise subscription plans and are accessible to Super Admin and Sales Manager roles by default.
Overview
Tracking → Blocking feature provides two options to block:
IP Address
Email Address
Once information is added, it will appear on main Blocking screen, from where you'll be able to View Entries (log with all attempts from IP address or Email entered and to delete entries, in bulk or a single entry, to allow specific email or IP address to communicate with your scheduler.

The lead will be able to enter contact information in the scheduler form, but will not be able to schedule the call.
How to locate Contacts IP or Email address and block it
Both IP and Email address is located inside of the Contact Card. Access it from:
AI Scheduler → Scheduled Calls (Upcoming or Past Calls)
Expand the call details
Click on the lead email to open contact card
or
Global Data → any of the sections
Locate lead
Click on the lead email to open leads Contact card
Next steps are:
Copy IP address or Email address, depending of what you'd like to block
Email address copy button is located in top left, next to lead email
IP address is stored in Additional Details, inside the left side contact card menu
Navigate to Tracking → Blocking
Click on "Add New" button on the top right of the screen
Select what you'd like to block, IP or email address and enter data
(for blocking both, you'd need to make two entries)
Confirm by clicking on Block Email or IP address button
Important notes
In case a lead scheduled a call before you blocked him, you'd need to cancel a call from AI Scheduler → Scheduled Calls (Upcoming or Past Calls).

click on "Cancel" button

How to remove blocked IP or Email address
Removing a lead from the blocked list is pretty easy.
Navigate to Tracking → Blocking
Locate the lead and double-check lead information by clicking on "View entries" button
Return to Blocking page and select "Delete" button on far right of your screen
Confirm deleting the lead from blocked list, and it's done
Your lead will appear back in Global Data, and will be able to schedule call with your team.
