There are two possible reasons why SMS are not being sent out, but in order to troubleshoot, you'd need to have full AI Scheduler → Event permissions and the access to Settings → Billing (Super Admin has both by default).
#1 Check if the Event has SMS notifications turned on
Navigate to AI Scheduler → Event
Locate the Event from which you expected SMS to be sent out and click on it
Navigate to Notifications section
Confirm that the SMS reminders are turned ON
Next steps:
IF SMS reminders are ON, switch to #2 reason below
IF SMS reminders are OFF, ask Super Admin to turn them ON and follow guidelines from the inside of the app
#2 Check if there's enough credits in the SMS wallet
In case you don't have necessary permissions, ask your Super Admin to troubleshoot it for you.
Navigate to Settings → Billing
Check if there is enough remaining credits in the wallet
Next steps:
IF you don't have enough credits
Buy more credits or/and turn ON auto recharge to ensure your wallet gets topped up alwaysIF there are enough remaining credits
