In this article we will cover how you can embed your scheduler in any of your web page and cover some examples of widely used CMS systems.

Copy scheduler embed code

The first thing that you need to do is to copy the embed code.

  • Click on any of your event for which you want to embed the scheduler to your web page

  • From inside the Event editor, click on Embed button on the left side of top navigation

  • A popup will appear with the embed code, copy the code and paste it in the iFrame where you want to embed the scheduler

Attention

Your embed code will get updated and will stop working if you update your Event URL or Company URL

Please make sure that you update the embed code on all your sites in this case.


Embed on WordPress website

1. Using Custom HTML block

  • Go to your Wordpress admin panel and login

  • Go to Pages on the left side bar and open the page in edit mode where you want to embed the scheduler

  • To add the Custom HTML block, select the + Block icon on the top navigation and search for 'HTML'

  • Once you have added the custom HTML block, simply paste the embed code

  • Preview your changes to make sure that everything is copies perfectly

2. Using Elementor

Elementor is a third party page builder that allows you to easily customize and create a WordPress website. Here's how you can embed the iClosed scheduler to your WordPress website using Elementor:

  • Go to your Wordpress admin panel and login

  • Go to Pages on the left side bar and open the page in Elementor edit mode where you want to embed the scheduler

  • In the Elementor search bar, search for HTML

  • Paste the embed code inside the HTML Code editor and your scheduler will appear in the preview


  • Update the changes and preview on your live page to make sure that everything is working properly.


Embed on Webflow website:

To embed your scheduler on a Webflow website:

  • Head to Webflow.com and login to your account

  • Open the project in Designer mode

  • Head to the page where you want to add the embed

  • Click on + button on the left side bar and search for Code Embed

  • Click on it to add it your page

  • Open the Embed Code editor by clicking on the setting icon on the element and paste the iClosed embed code

  • Click on Save & Close, push your updates to the live site or test site

  • Preview the changes and make sure that everything is working fine


Embed on Custom HTML site

To embed iClosed scheduler to your custom HTML site, you can simply use the default code that you will copy from the embed code and paste in your HTML site.
