We’ve just rolled out a new feature that lets you navigate prospect Contact Cards with simple left/right arrows (or "J" for left and "K" for right on your keyboard)😉
New Make automation actions
Assigning Setters automatically to Potential, Qualified and Disqualified leads
Automate prospect ownership in several simple steps.
Set "Watch New Contacts" trigger first
Add new action "Update Setter Owner" and set with which setter you'd like to update selected leads
Leads will be assigned automatically as "Current Setter Owner"
Build additional actions if needed to notify Setters (e.g. Slack message, email, etc...)
Adding notes to prospect Contact Card
Fantastic option for updating information placed in CRM or any other tool that you'd like to store in iClosed Contact Card notes as well.
Create a workflow by starting with the app trigger from where you'd like to pull information from and send to iClosed
Set "Watch New Contacts" trigger if needed, to make sure the lead email is matched
Set new action "Create a New Contact Note"
And the note will be added to prospect Contact Card, visible in Notes section and Contact Journey as well.
URL field format for event Invitee Questions
In case you've missed it by any chance last week, kindly note that you can now set URL field format on your form.
Navigate to:
Navigate to AI Scheduler → Events
click on already created event or create new from scratch
Select Invitee Questions section and select URL field format
Name it and include it to your scheduling form
click on the "New Event Custom Field" button
select URL field format and set the name for the field
