Calendly. Cal.com, Acuity. GHL's native calendar - They all make the same mistake: calendar first, capture second.
The lead browses times, picks one, then enters their info. If they get distracted before picking a time - phone rings, Slack dings, kids walks in - they close the tab.
You never get their name. Their email. Their phone. They're gone.
30-50% of people who start booking never finish. That's half your pipeline disappearing.
iClosed Flips the Script
We capture their info BEFORE they see the calendar. Name. Email. Phone. Qualifying questions. Then the calendar.
If they book → you have a meeting
If they drop off → you still have a lead to follow up with
These are your Extra Leads. Pure profit - because you already paid to acquire them.
Here's Your Plan For Today (takes 10 min)

Step 4: Set Up Your Form Fields (Invitee Questions)

In your event, click Invitee Questions in the left sidebar
Primary questions are set by default (Phone/Email + Name)
Add 1-2 qualifying questions using Radio Button or Checkbox types
Pro tips
Use radio buttons, not plain text fields. Why? Radio buttons let you:
Disqualify based on answers
Route leads to different closers
Create scheduling cohorts
Example question: "What's your monthly revenue?" with options:
Under $10K
$10K - $50K
$50K - $100K
$100K+
Learn more about Invitee Questions here.
Step 5: Embed + Go Live
Find your event and click "Embed"
Choose Inline embed (loads on page) or Pop-up via click (opens on button click)
Copy the code
Paste in your funnel (GHL, ClickFunnels, WebFlow, WordPress, Framer)
Learn more about Embedding your scheduler here.
Step 6: Final step → Test It
Open your funnel in incognito
Fill in your info (use test email)
Pick a time and complete booking
Go to Global Data - you should see yourself as a contact
If you see your test contact you're live. The leak is plugged.
Learn more about the difference between Potential, Qualified and Disqualified leads.
