Quick reminder here before we dive into it - To ensure your insights are highly targeted, the widgets on your dashboard dynamically adjust based on the global filters selected at the top of the page.
You can filter your dashboard view by:
Data Source - Global Data (data across iClosed account) or specific Event/s
Date Range - choose the timeframe for the stats you'd like to see
Data on the Unified Inbox cards will show as per selected filters.
Pro Tips
Unified Inbox Analytics is available to Super Admins and Sales Managers only as the widgets are designed to show team stats.
Closers and Setters won't have these cards on their Analytics page.
Recovered Pipeline Card
This card highlights the potential revenue unlocked from high-intent prospects who interacted with your scheduler but abandoned the form before completing their booking.
Value shown in: Currency (e.g., $)
Formula: The total number of prospects who abandoned your forms, multiplied by your average deal value
Speed-To-Lead Card
Timely communication is critical to conversion. Responding to a lead within 5 minutes makes you 21x more likely to qualify them. This widget tracks your team's responsiveness to help you maintain high engagement.
Value shown in: Days, hours, or minutes (dynamically adjusted based on the calculation)
Formula: The average time elapsed from when a lead first messages your team to when they receive their very first reply
Time Saved by Disqualification Card
Sales representatives can waste up to 40% of their day roughly by filtering unqualified prospects. This card quantifies the productivity boost your team gains by letting automation do the heavy lifting of vetting leads.
