How to merge Contacts in Global Data?

Learn how to merge duplicate leads

Avoiding keeping duplicated lead entries is important in order to keep your data clean and up to date. But sometimes, people visit your scheduler numerous times, entering different contact information which creates duplicated leads in your ​ Global Data.

That's why we've made merging of the contacts available in order to avoid deleting any lead information, even if it was entered more than once.


Merging contacts is available inside the lead Contact Card, that you can access from
Global Data (or alternatively from AI Scheduler → lead email)


Merging Contacts logic

  • Find the contact that is considered as a duplicate

  • Merge the details of this duplicate into another contact

  • Duplicate contact will be removed and its data will be merged into selected contact

Here's how to do it

  1. Navigate to Global Data
    It's recommendable to do it from the Contacts section but you can initiate it from any of the sections available.

  2. Filter out information by typing lead information

  3. Select "Contact Card" of a duplicate, by clicking on the contacts email or phone number

  4. Click on the three dots and select "Merge" button

  5. Find and select lead that you would like to merge

  6. Click on the "Merge Contact" button
