If you see an "Action Required" badge on your scheduled call, it appears for the following reason.
Event location is Google Meet or Zoom but the host of the event with whom the call has been scheduled has not connected their Google Meet or Zoom account so we were not able to generate and attach a link to the call. Here's what you'd need to do.
Add the link to the meeting manually
You can a the location link manually to the call:
Simply click on the scheduled call which shows 'Action Required' badge
You will see a warning message in yellow with checkbox saying 'I have shared the Google Meet link with the invitee'
Check the box and a popup will appear where you can add the Google Meet or Zoom meeting link to the call, paste the link and click on 'Update Link'
You can also dismiss the warning message by clicking on 'Save without link'
Connect your Google Meet or Zoom
To avoid "Acton Required" badge from appearing, make sure that all the hosts of your event have connected their Google Calendar or Zoom account for meeting link generation.
