Learn everything you need to know about AI Scheduler and it's features

Updated yesterday

AI Scheduler is menu where you'll be configuring your scheduler, events, and from where the call management is being done.

Page views and details inside may differ depending of the user roles and permissions, but all pages are accessible to all users, with the main difference if a user has the permissions to see other user setup (Super Admins and Sales Managers) or not (standard User roles).

Here's a quick overview with breakdown of all AI Scheduler pages.

An event is basically the booking page where you'll be setting up scheduling activity and customize it's functions and look.

iClosed offers two event types Strategy call event (comes with outcomes Sale and No sale) and Discovery call event (comes with outcomes Approved and Rejected).

The Event Setup gives you ability to set up everything, from basic event details and selecting hosts, to customizing form questions and booking page visuals, even routing calls to specific hosts.

Features available inside the Event Builder differ between subscription plans (see feature breakdown here).

Automations are one of the iClosed premium features, available to users with Business and Enterprise subscription plans, offering:

It's main feature where a host is setting his working hours that will be taken into account when a user is added to host an event, and more importantly, a technical requirement for a user to be able to participate as event host.

Quick access button on the top right of AI Scheduler β†’ Calendar connection refers to Google Meet calendar.

Connecting the calendar is important for getting updates about your new bookings inside of your connected calendar, to be able to generate Google Meet link automatically as an event location and to be able to check availability conflicts.

Additionally, every host can connect their Zoom account from here.

AI Scheduler elements accessible from every page

AI Scheduler fixed elements, accessible from every page, are not just there to help you switch between pages quicker, but they also indicate if user has Calendar or Availability set (green = all good, red dot = not set)

This information is super valuable to Super Admins and Sales Managers that have access to AI Scheduler User Filter, that helps with filtering all information on all
AI Scheduler pages between Users and Teams.
