The Sales breakdown chart is your go-to all-in-one Analytics dashboard for tracking revenue from all closed deals, including all deal types (Won, Deposit, and Recurring).
This section provides sales teams with the insights into the stability and growth of the income, helping managers to measure the financial impact, forecast future earnings, and to optimize sales strategies if needed in order to maximize revenue.
The Sales breakdown pane is available with Business and Enterprise subscription plans (learn more about iClosed pricing and feature breakdown here).
Please note that data presented will show according to the date range and date source filters (Global Data - all account data or specific Event) selected from the top of the page.
Sales breakdown stats
The data in this section is presented as line graph, and additionally you will be able to select how you would like to present it, according to the predefined pane filters
(Day, Week, Month, Quarter and Year).
All stats and details will appear on the card after you hover over dot in the chart, and you will be able to see:
Total revenue in currency set in the account Settings menu
Date or date range for the section you're hovering over
Percentage showing increase or decrease in revenue
compared to previous period that is defined according to the range selected from inside the pane (day, week, month, quarter or year)
increase will show in green, decrease in red
Deal type breakdown - number of deals and revenue for Won, Deposit, and Recurring deal types no matter if you were adding deal amounts manually or by connecting them from Transactions.

Quick access to filtered lead list
The coolest part of all iClosed Analytics sections is that they are interactive.
This feature allows you to access quickly to the mini Global Data filtered lead list with all details about the leads, without leaving the page and doing the filtering manually.
And all this on a single click of a button!
Additional options inside this mini-Global Data screen are:
Adjusting columns inside the mini-Global Data window
Exporting the file according to the view set
Quick access to the Global Data β Deals section menu
Totals for the selected date range
This widget comes with additional horizontal bar at the bottom, with all the totals, according to the main page filters (date range and data source):
Total Revenue
Total Won deal types, in number of deals added and summarized "Won" revenue
Total Deposits collected, in number of selections as deal type and total amount
Total Recurring deal types selected, with total amount collected
