User member card is additional dashboard, designed for reviewing performance of a single user, that will help you understand users engagement rate, success rates or even identifying areas of the improvement that could benefit both user and the team overall.
Access User card via Members page, by locating the user and clicking on it.
You'll be able to see:
Analytics Summary view with key stats
Contacts view from Global Data filtered specifically where user is the lead owner
Calls view from Global Data filtered specifically with all calls assigned to the user
Deals view from Global Data filtered specifically with deals assigned to the user

As soon as you enter User Member card, on top left of the screen you'll see:
User name and email set in Account profile
Tabs for switching views between Analytics summary, Contacts, Calls and Deals
On the top right you'll have:
Date range filter, for setting specific date range or predefined date range.
Notes section, for adding important takeaways about a user
Notes section can be hidden or unhidden on a click of a button in Notes header.

You are able to customize your Summary view by selecting the cards to appear on the screen and even to change the order of appearance of the Summary pane cards

Current total number of calls a user has assigned to,
with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red)
compared to previous period.
Strategy Calls
Total number of Strategy calls a user has been assigned with,
with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red)
compared to previous period.
Closing Rate
Total Percentage of Deals Won divided with number of Strategy Calls
with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red)
compared to previous period.
Global Engagement
Total Number of (Won Deals plus Deposit Deals) divided by a Total of Strategy Calls
with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red)
compared to previous period.
Show Up rate
Total Percentage of (Strategy Calls minus (Calls Cancelled plus No Show))
divided by a Total Strategy Calls
with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red)
compared to previous period.
Contract Value
Sum of contract value of products sold, in currency set across account
with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red)
compared to previous period.
Cash Collected
Total of Won Deals plus Deposit Deals, with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red), compared to previous period.
Recurring Sales
Total Value of Recurring Deals, with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red), compared to previous period.
Deposits
Total Number of Deposit Deals collected by user, with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red), compared to previous period.
Deals Closed
Total Number of Deals Won collected by user, with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red), compared to previous period.
Total Cash Per Call
Income calculated as (Won Deals plus Deposit Deals) divided by Total Strategy Calls, with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red), compared to previous period.

This visual pane shows you revenue breakdown on a line chart for the selected timeline.
On top of that, you'll see additional information such as:
Total Revenue
Total revenue a user generated for a selected period of time, calculated as:
Won Deals plus Recurring Deals +Deposit Deals
with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red)
compared to previous period.
New sales
New sales user generated for the selected period, calculated as:
Total Value of Won + Deposit Deals
with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red)
compared to previous period.
Recurring
Recurring sales user generated for the selected period, calculated as total value of all recurring deals for the selected date range, with increase rate (showed in green) or decrease rate (showed in red) compared to previous period.
Line chart graph
Vertical axis (Y-axis)
shows revenue, that's increased automatically as user increases revenue for a specific day
Horizontal axis (X-axis)
shows date range selected, with spikes for specific days whenever a user generated revenue.

Showing visual breakdown of Sale or No Sale objections a User selected after the outcomes.
Objections pane on the right shows stats in percentage, calculated on all outcomes and objections selected after adding Strategy call outcomes.
Button filter provides switcher between Sale or No Sale visuals and stats.

Total No Sales for the selected period
Pie chart with No Sale reasons that show percentage and number details for each part when hovering over it
