User member card is additional dashboard, designed for reviewing performance of a single user, that will show you outcome and sales breakdown, closing, engagement and show up rates, and no sale reasons.
Locate the user on Members page, and click on it to access member card. You will be able to see unique dashboard with:
Strategy call outcomes pane
Sales breakdown line chart
Closing, Engagement and Show Up rate cards
No sale reasons dashboard

Strategy call outcome pane
The Strategy call outcomes pane visualizes the distribution of Sale and No Sale results, as well as outcomes that are pending to be added, helping you to understand the effectiveness and success of the selected member.

The bars graph in this section will provide you visual breakdown between Sale, No Sale and pending outcomes, presenting it in different color, since all three may appear inside the same bar. Here's the breakdown:
"Sale" outcomes in dark blue
"No Sale" outcomes in red
Pending outcomes, waiting for your Closers to add in AI Scheduler β Scheduled Calls β Past calls will be shown in light blue
Additionally, you will be able to select for which timeframe you'd like bars to show (day, week, month, quarter or year), which will help you to understand the patterns better.
You will be able to hover over each section inside the bar and see following:
Dot in color according to the outcome status and the outcome status
Total number of outcomes according to the bar-part you're hovering over
Date or date range for the stats in the bar section you're hovering over
Percentage showing increase or decrease in total number of outcomes
compared to previous period that is defined according to the range selected from inside the pane (day, week, month, quarter or year)
increase will show in green, decrease in red
Totals for the selected date range
This widget comes with additional horizontal bar at the bottom, with totals shown, according to the main page filters (date range and data source):
Total calls scheduled - according to the date range and data source selected
Number of "Sale" outcomes - out of total scheduled calls
Number of "No Sale" outcomes - out of total scheduled calls
Number of pending outcomes - out of total scheduled calls
Quick access to filtered lead list
Sections inside of the bars are interactive, meaning that if you click on any of the sections, you will quickly access filtered lead list without leaving the page and doing the filtering yourself in the Global Data menu (as shown in the video on the top).
On top of that, you will be able to access additional options inside of this preview screen:

Sales breakdown line chart
The Sales breakdown chart is your go-to all-in-one dashboard for tracking revenue from all closed deals, including all deal types (Won, Deposit, and Recurring) for a specific member selected.

The data in this section is presented as line graph, and additionally you will be able to select how you would like to present it, according to the predefined pane filters
(Day, Week, Month, Quarter and Year).
All stats and details will appear on the card after you hover over dot in the chart, and you will be able to see:
Total revenue in currency set in the account Settings menu
Date or date range for the section you're hovering over
Percentage showing increase or decrease in revenue
compared to previous period that is defined according to the range selected from inside the pane (day, week, month, quarter or year)
increase will show in green, decrease in red
Deal type breakdown - number of deals and revenue for Won, Deposit, and Recurring deal types no matter if you were adding deal amounts manually or by connecting them from Transactions.

Total Revenue
Total Won deal types, in number of deals added and summarized "Won" revenue

This feature allows you to access quickly to the mini Global Data filtered lead list with all details about the leads, without leaving the page and doing the filtering manually. And all this on a single click of a button (as shown in the video on top)!

The Closing, Engagement, and Show-Up Rates are valuable metrics when reviewing a sales representative as they directly represent member effectiveness and sales success.

This is useful for tracking the users performance in closing deals, when deal type is Won, meaning that the complete sales payment has been collected.
Members analytics provide two options for you to choose in terms of analyzing members closing rate:
Closing rate with Cancelled calls included
Formula: Number of unique Contacts with Won Sales / Number of unique Contacts with Past Strategy Call
Live closing rate, without cancelled calls included
Formula: Number of unique Contacts with Won Sales / (Number of unique Contacts with Past Strategy Call - Cancelled calls)
Show up rate card

This card unveils the curtain on call attendance rate. A high attendance rate reflects strong interest from leads and ensures that the valuable time and resources invested in appointment setting translates into actual conversations.
Formula: Strategy Calls - (Calls cancelled + No show) / Total Past Strategy calls

No sale reasons dashboard
When examining the "No Sale" reasons pane you will be able to see totals for every reason, according to the selected period of time and data source.
This will help you understand better if you'd need to organize focused sales training for the specific member that you're reviewing, based on the most common no sale reasons.

he No Sale reasons section will show data in the dynamic bar chats, with reasons separated visually in different shades of blue.
All stats and details will appear on the card that will show once you hover of the specific section of the bar. The card will show you:
Dot in color and shade of blue according to the No Sale reason
Total number of reasons according to the bar-part you're hovering over
Date or date range for the card in the bar section you're hovering over
Percentage showing increase or decrease in number of No Sale reasons
compared to previous period that is defined according to the range selected from inside the pane (day, week, month, quarter or year)
increase will show in green, decrease in red
No Show and Follow Up scheduled
These two categories indicate that a sale wasnβt achieved yet, but the potential for closing a deal still exists, and therefore, both will appear in dark blue, but slightly different shades.
Follow Up scheduled will appear in dark blue with higher density, while No Show will appear in less dense shade of dark blue.
Cancelled calls
Reasons for these No Sale outcomes will appear in balanced shade of blue, and it will include both contact (selected as reason per instructions received from the lead) and admin cancelled (call was cancelled internally) reasons.
Kindly note that this bar will not show stats for the Upcoming calls cancelled by Super Admin or lead from the Confirmation email option.
Inside of the card, you'll see the number breakdown between contact or admin reasons.
Unqualified and Not interested
These two "No Sale" reasons will be colored with different density of light blue, and we've grouped them together since both indicate that leads didn't have the potential to convert.
Unqualified will appear in higher density of light blue, while Not interested will appear as less dense shade of light blue.
