Closing, Engagement and Show Up rate cards

The Closing, Engagement, and Show-Up Rates are valuable metrics when reviewing a sales representative as they directly represent member effectiveness and sales success.

Closing rate card

This is useful for tracking the users performance in closing deals, when deal type is Won, meaning that the complete sales payment has been collected.

Members analytics provide two options for you to choose in terms of analyzing members closing rate:

  1. Closing rate with Cancelled calls included

Formula: Number of unique Contacts with Won Sales / Number of unique Contacts with Past Strategy Call

  2. Live closing rate, without cancelled calls included
Formula: Number of unique Contacts with Won Sales / (Number of unique Contacts with Past Strategy Call - Cancelled calls)

Engagement rate card

This card shows how effective your member is in closing sales in general, counting both won and deposit deal types into one.

Formula: Number of unique Contacts with Deposit + Won deals / Number of Unique Contacts with Past Strategy Call

Show up rate card

This card unveils the curtain on call attendance rate. A high attendance rate reflects strong interest from leads and ensures that the valuable time and resources invested in appointment setting translates into actual conversations.

Formula: Strategy Calls - (Calls cancelled + No show) / Total Past Strategy calls

No sale reasons dashboard

When examining the "No Sale" reasons pane you will be able to see totals for every reason, according to the selected period of time and data source.

This will help you understand better if you'd need to organize focused sales training for the specific member that you're reviewing, based on the most common no sale reasons.

These two categories indicate that a sale wasn’t achieved yet, but the potential for closing a deal still exists, and therefore, both will appear in dark blue, but slightly different shades.

Follow Up scheduled will appear in dark blue with higher density, while No Show will appear in less dense shade of dark blue.

Cancelled calls

Reasons for these No Sale outcomes will appear in balanced shade of blue, and it will include both contact (selected as reason per instructions received from the lead) and admin cancelled (call was cancelled internally) reasons.

Kindly note that this bar will not show stats for the Upcoming calls cancelled by Super Admin or lead from the Confirmation email option.

Inside of the card, you'll see the number breakdown between contact or admin reasons.

Unqualified and Not interested

These two "No Sale" reasons will be colored with different density of light blue, and we've grouped them together since both indicate that leads didn't have the potential to convert.
